Third Eye Research......

well... it is not a ghost-hunting agency. It is the one which sent me back my resume saying that it is the most unimpressive resume he had ever received. I don't doubt my resume writing skills and I know i can write a better one if i want to. *the resume was written on the night of the last adidas sale where i worked and slogged like a dog.* but this guy is overtly rude and insensitive!

so...in order to prove my worth, i wrote another resume...along with a cover letter (he didn't ask for one the 1st time round) and sent them to him again. Not forgetting to thank him for the kind advice he'd given me. Though i doubt he will grant me an interview since he mentioned that he will be busy meeting up with more talented individuals with an intense spark.
"If you are really keen, do write in again. While I do not promise you an interview, I will keep an open mind. There are many excellent candidates that I will be meeting soon." His exact words.

and this afternoon, i got an sms from the director himself... arranging for an interview with me this thurs or sat. was discussing with my friends abt this man and still deciding whether i should go for the interview or not. Then...i found out that there is no office to hold the interview! and I am beginning to worry if it is a scam.

Such luck i have.

Girls just wanna have fun ;)

The weekend was nicely spent with my sweeties at Kbox-one of our favourite pasttimes together-SING OUR LUNGS OUT! Only gracia wasn't able to make it...*don't worry sweetie goh, i understand* nevertheless, we had a good time, ordered the same dish (black pepper chicken) and Kbox shld really have a bigger table so that ksters can at least place the plates properly on the table to have lunch. And singing old Jin Chen Wu songs with eileen.... and still swooning over leslie when he sang "zhui" Then came the "birthdaycake surprise" towards the end... as usual... the unsuspecting birthday girl finally suspected sth when she saw the fox's tail wagging. and the usual people who gave away the surprise were still the usual people....heh heh. At least i was surprised by the flavour of the cake. ;) Thanks sweeties!

And what wonderful presents! Love them all! and miss tan, it was really a very sexy skirt. i sit down and everything opens up. but being the ingenious me, i tried to sew up part of it...and now viola! it fits perfectly! will wear it this coming weekend when i go celebrate with mr. goh. will also carry the pretty suede blue bag mich got me, the one-of-a-kind bracelet ruru got me. And the projbloodbro bag i am carrying with me now! Thanks eileen and yun.

Went to Tcc for a drink after that. Had a very career minded talk... seems like our conversation topic has changed from "missing st nicks, wishing we would never leave sch" to "huh? you mean so-and-so is going out with so-and-so?" to "grumbles abt the unsurmountable pile of sch work" to "relationship solutions" and finally..."what are u gg to do after u grad?"

The radio's playing..."Oh...Oh.... Girls just wanna have fun....Oh...Oh... Girls just wanna have fun"

Oh, how we wish we'll always have fun.

my mind is a blank

I thought it was easy to create your blog. Just simply type whatever comes first to your mind and let them flow. However, it took me pretty long to start typing my 1st blog entry. what seemed like a pretty simple task turned out to be mind-boggling indeed. Perhaps I don't know what i wanted to share with other people... this is quite a strange experience for me. I have no lack of friends to share my thoughts with... yet... this attempt at creating a blog of my own was finally spurred by bigfeimao. Not sure if I would have the time and energy to carry on writing this blog... but currently, my mind is a blank and I feel lost.
