the final week of 2008

I cannot believe I am spending the last week of 2008

nursing my severe sore throat,

incessant coughing and dripping nose.

I have done pretty much nothing,

except take my pills,

get in and out of sleep and watch time tick by.

Totally not doing anything constructive.

I spent 2 hours screaming in pain on bed this afternoon.

the worst cramps ever.

I had wanted to just roll out of bed,

knock my head and pass out,

so I won't feel the pain anymore.

Maybe I'm getting punished for all the indulgence over the xmas period.

五月天's new album is making me cry a lot and I cannot explain why.

Whenever the slow songs play, I'd take a 5 min break and listen to it, just listening to it.

Such songs tug the heart strings at the deepest corners of my heart and I start to sniff.
